Karikaturcu
Suleyman Halicioglu,
1955 yılında Içel'in Mut ilcesinde dogdu. Lise
ogrenimini Istanbul Vefa Erkek Lisesi'nde tamamladi. Makina
Yuksek Muhendisi'dir. Halen bir ozel sektor kurulusunda
Kalite Saglama Muduru olarak calismaktadir. Karikatur
sanatinda 32. yilini doldurmustur. Hurriyet gazetesinde,
Girgir dergisinde ve yurt disinda karikaturleri yayinlandi.
Milliyet ve Dunya gazetelerinde, Carşaf ve Civi
dergilerinde karikaturist olarak calisti. Yurt icinde ve
yurt disinda çok sayida yarismalara ve sergilere katildi,
karikaturleri kataloglarda yer aldi. 1997 yilinda Serdar
Cakirer anisina duzenlenen yarismada ozel odul kazandi.
Karikaturculer Dernegi ve APCA (Amateur-Professional
Cartoonists Association ) uyesidir. |

He
was born in Mersin (Turkey) in 1955. He is M.S. Mechanical
Engineer and works as the Quality Assurance Manager for a
private company in Istanbul. His active participation totals
to 32 years in Cartoon Art. His cartoons are published in
Hurriyet newspaper and Girgir humour magazine, both with
highest circulation in Turkey and abroad. He worked as a
cartoonist for Milliyet and Dunya newspapers as well as for
Carsaf and Civi magazines. He participated in various
contests and joined many exhibitions in Turkey and abroad,
and many of his cartoons are compiled in the catalogues. In
1997, he was awarded the special award in Serdar Cakirer
competetions. He is a member of the Turkish Cartoonist
Association and APCA (Amateur-Professional Cartoonists
Association). |
